I appreciate your response!

I definitely have encountered more fundamentalist Christians who are hyper-focused on eternity to the point where they disregard everything going on in the world. Others heard “prophecies” that Trump was ordained to be president, so God’s plan was for all Christians to vote for him.

I don’t think any of these people are ignorant of Biblical principles, but their interpretation of how the Bible applies to our culture is often misguided, and context is usually disregarded.

In general, I’m far more concerned about Christians who used to care about principles that affect our everyday world who abandoned them to follow Trump with blind faith.
